Acceptable Use Policy
Draft for the open beta, pending legal review. It may change before the studio leaves beta; we'll tell you when it does.
You can't use Hivemind Content Studio to make, upload or share:
- Sexual content of any kind during the beta, and never anything that sexualises a minor. Child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement.
- Images, video or audio of a real, identifiable person that they haven't agreed to: intimate or sexual depictions, impersonation, or anything made to deceive people about what someone said or did.
- Graphic violence, content promoting self-harm, or threats, harassment and hate aimed at people for who they are.
- Content that infringes someone's copyright, trademark or other rights, or removes watermarks and other rights information.
- Deceptive content passed off as real: fake news footage, fake evidence, scams or election misinformation.
- Anything illegal where you are or where we operate.
You also can't get around our safety checks or limits, share your account, scrape or overload the service, or use it to build a competing model.
Report anything that breaks this policy from the Report button in the studio, or at legal@hivemindos.app. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break it.
