Privacy Policy
Draft for the open beta, pending legal review. It may change before the studio leaves beta; we'll tell you when it does.
This adds to the HivemindOS Privacy Policy, which covers your HivemindOS account. This page is about what the studio itself handles. The operator is Rizzma Inc..
What we hold
- Your account link: your HivemindOS account id, a masked email address, when you joined, which terms you accepted and that you confirmed you're 18 or older.
- Your library: the pictures and clips you make and the references you upload, stored encrypted to a key only your browser holds. We can't open them.
- Your prompts and settings: also encrypted to your key.
- Usage records: how much you've spent today and how often you generate, so we can apply limits; and safety records when a request is refused (which check refused it, never the media).
- Reports and feedback you send us, with any contact details you include.
Who else sees what
- The model providers that make your media receive your prompt and any reference you attach, for that generation.
- Our safety check: prompts, uploads and results are sent to OpenAI's moderation service before they're kept, so harmful content is refused. Data sent to OpenAI's API isn't used to train its models by default.
- HivemindOS holds your account and balance and receives feedback and error reports.
We don't sell your data and we don't use your media to train models.
Your choices
- Export: Settings → Your data → Export downloads everything we hold about you.
- Delete: Settings → Your data → Delete removes your workspace and library immediately.
- Ask us anything at privacy@hivemindos.app. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA) you have rights to access, correct, delete and port your data, and to complain to a regulator.
